Ashoka Romania is committed to set up a long term process of building a local community of sports changemakers in Romania and the first step was to map the people considered by their peers as changemakers in the field of sports.
Together with our long-term partner IZI Data, we’ve been commissioned to conduct the quantitative analysis using once again the snowball methodology. After running 147 interviews, we were able to reach 313 sports changemakers and make a network analysis to better understand the relationship between community members and the most relevant roles within the network, from the connectivity point of view and notoriety.
